If you have made a reservation via 03 2091 1666 or java.ticket2u.biz, you can visit any of the Petronas service stations or any outlets with the MobilityOne / Mr Kiosk terminal like below, to pay.

Step 1:: Please Press 4. "One Commerce"
Step 2:: Please Press 05. "Ticket2u"
Step 3:: This is an optional. Here, some stations still carry older terminals which require transaction code to be keyed-in by user. If the machine asks, please enter this code “888803030” given code. Press Enter. You may want record this number, even though numerically there are not many outlets with this type of terminal.
Step 4:: Please enter the reservation number given by Ticket2u and Press Enter. Say "2578465" below.

Do note here that Ticket2u reservations carry a validity period. If your reservation is rejected, then probably your reservation is expired. Please re-do the reservation.
Step 5:: Please press F1 button next to the "Yes"
Step 6:: Again, please press F1 button next to the “Yes”. There could be a price differential with your original reservation. This is due to the financial charges
Step 7:: Press 1 if you are paying via your saving account
Step 8:: Enter your normal ATM Pin number. Please press Enter
Your receipt will be printed once the payment is concluded.

A purchase reference id will be given in the receipt. You just come on the show day and present this id to the ticketing staff to collect your official ticket

What do I get after this reservation?
Assuming your reservation is successful, Ticket2u will sms you a reservation id and the reservation deadline. We will also issue you a simple instruction for payment.

How do I pay this reservation?
The reservation id acts as your reference number when you want to pay the reservation later. You get to pay at our web site www.ticket2u.biz, our counter or any of our partners’ counter or from our site.

If you wish, you can also pay at Mr Kiosk’s terminal at Petronas petrol stations all over the country. Mr Kiosk is the brand name of a payment mechanism system offered by our partner, Mobility One Sdn Bhd. Mr Kiosk accepts payment via banks (ATM) cards.

What happen if I did not pay?
You reservation will expired and be automatically cancel.

Every successful reservation will have a validity period. The deadline determination process is dynamic, but the general rule is that we allow reservation period of 3 days (excluding reservation day) or 3 days before the show day; which ever comes earlier.

How do I choose my seats?
No, the system will assign you the seats.

This is how it works. When we work with a certain venue, we will plot the seats based on 4;

The total seats ranking in terms of preference. Basically we will rank the seats based on their popularity. The best seats are ranked above and the lesser seats are below.
The total seats next to next positions. We will also plot these seats according to their positions. Certain seats are next to next in a row, certain seats have an aisle in between and certain seats are far away.
The seats pricing. Depending on the show owner, certain seats are classed in a price and certain seats into another price.
The seats availability status.

So when you requested a quantity of xxx priced tickets, the system will find the first xxx priced tickets that are;

Vacant,
Seats next to next in a row, and
Meet the required quantity.
